As an experienced Realtor, I have known throughout my career that staging is a key factor in selling a home. That’s why it is such a priority for my listings. I take a personal, hands-on approach to showcasing my clients’ homes so we can attract the largest audience possible and get the best possible price.

Staging is much more than simply bringing in furniture and art, though that is often a part of it. You don’t want your house to look like a hotel room, so I use my resources to maximize the appeal of every property by selecting items that can enhance your home’s appeal. Often an owner focuses on items that will not be perceived as added value… at the expense of more important issues that are overlooked. That’s where an experienced, objective opinion comes into play.

As your Realtor, I will walk through the entire property to suggest any minor updates, small repairs, possible fixture upgrades (i.e., lighting), potential paint color changes, etc. and to offer possible recommendations about adding furniture or art. Always at the forefront, though… getting the “best bang for the buck” – not spending any unnecessary money.

Though I am often asked to stage properties for other people, I reserve my energies for my clients so we can get top dollar for their homes. It is a time-intensive process, but a labor of love for me and one I am well-experienced to do.

How much will this service cost?

NOTHING. I do not charge my clients for staging. It is built into the real estate commission.
